Kaila grew up in Ramsey, Minnesota and spent most of her childhood hunting and fishing with her family. She has always been a big fan of the outdoors. Kaila used to bow hunt for the TV shows Double Bull Archery & The Wild Outdoors.
Kaila moved to Milaca in 2005 and has always loved the small-town feel. She felt Milaca was a great community and town to be a part of. During her free time Kaila enjoys hunting and fishing with her family and kids. Surrounding her kids with hunting and fishing and allowing them the opportunity to experience it and fall in love with it at a young age is something she takes pride in knowing it will be a lifelong passion they can all enjoy together as the years go on. Her daughter Dakota is involved in dance and her son Drake is involved with football and wrestling. Kaila spends all of her free time living for her family and kids - building memories that last a lifetime.

Tim spent a lot of his youth in Milaca learning to hunt in the Mille Lacs Wildlife Management Area and fishing on Mille Lacs Lake and the Rum River with his father, brothers, uncles and cousins. So when he moved to Milaca in the early 1990s it was like coming home. He was involved in retail and manufacturing management when he moved to Milaca and he took the knowledge and people skills learned from those experiences to launch a successful real estate career in 1999.
Tim works with buyers and sellers to meet all their real estate needs mainly in Mille Lacs, Morrison, Benton and Kanabec counties. But he really likes to work on residential properties both in town homes and country homes helping sellers to get the most possible from their sale and helping buyers find their dream property. Tim is very experienced in working with local governments to help sellers complete land splits, boundary line adjustments, easements or anything that needs governmental approval.
Tim has earned numerous sales awards in his 15 years of real estate experience including multiple Pinnacle Club, Pinnacle Club Bronze and Pinnacle Club Silver awards for multi million dollars in sales. Tim and his wife Nancy live in a country home just North of Milaca with their 2 dogs. In his spare time he still likes to hunt, fish, play golf, 4 wheel on the Sioux Line Trail and cheer on all Minnesota sports teams.

Growing up Destiny loved looking at home ads and flyers. She believes her entire life has led her to have career in Real Estate. Destiny moved to Milaca in 2005 and graduated from Milaca High School. Donna is a true people person; you will know this right when you walk into the United Country Preferred Real Estate Office. Donna manages the family mini storage business and a few rental properties which offer her a variety of tasks to tend to during the day. Having moved “Up North” from the Twin Cities, She has enjoyed Milaca’s proximity to St. Cloud and the Twin Cities Metro area, offering easy access to shopping, arts, entertainment, and dining. Lisa grew up in Staples and moved to Milaca in 2006. Lisa and her husband have 2 boys who are very active. Coleman and Brody are involved in Football and Baseball.
